Your painting may not be exactly the same as the picture you made the order from. It will be nearly identical, but not exactly the same. What I can promise is our quality of work we deliver on, and it will be a beautiful painting as you expect.
 In the process of creating a picture, we'll show you photos with your painting.
You'll be able to express all your wishes, for example about colors and shades.And we'll make all the necessary changes.

4.IS IT SAFE TO SHIP AN OIL PAINTING?

To protect painting well during international shipping, all paintings are rolled(Unframed/Not stretched)and shipped in a quality
plastic/cardboard tube to avoid damages. It's 100% safe and painting comes back to its original/flat state once you stretch it on a wooden base.

All paintings are shipped by FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT.Each painting is inspected and professionally packaged for safe travel so that your painting arrives to you in perfect condition.

6.CAN I RETURN a WORK OF ART IF IT DOESN’T MEET MY EXPECTATIONS?

Yes, please return it within Thirty days after receiving the order. We will refund the money when we receive the goods. The artwork shall be returned in its original package, and you shall bear the cost of shipping returns, customs duties and additional charges.

7.DELIVERY TIME

You will receive the painting around 8-17 days（I'll send pictures to confirm with you before shipment, after you confirm no problem we will transport as soon as possible, and would soon arrive at your address. 3-10 days to finish the painting, 5-7 days to your home.by express delivery)
